Our diversity and dedication are the keys to our current and future successes.  Together, we believe that, with an open mind, anything is possible and we hope to capture evidence to help 'prove' or disprove what is reported.

Bobby Hewitson  -  Lead Investigator

My fascination with the paranormal began when I was 8 years old, with the neighborhood "haunted" house. Two childhood friends had told me that they saw small footsteps in their living room that simply stopped at their fireplace.  While nothing ever came of it, my interest was permanently peaked.

Years later, while serving in the military, I experienced a spice rack spinning rapidly from the kitchen with no explanation and a small metal bell would ring untouched on a shelf in the living room.

My passion has since grown further, where I have continued to conduct research and informal investigations on my own. This led to me joining a local paranormal group and brought me to where I am today.

I formed Paranormal Research Organization Of Florida (P.R.O.O.F.), LLC where my passion continues to grow and I look forward to working with a team that shares the same desires and values 'proof' through science.

Anthony Simonetti  -  Lead Investigator

The paranormal has been an interest of mine since I was about 4 or 5 years old. My first house in Florida had activity including rotary phones dialing on their own (for those of us who can remember those),  the refrigerator door opening and closing…even the complete relocation of dishes from a dish-drainer next to the sink to the opposite end of the countertop. It wasn’t long before my parents decided that we should move.  

The next home was quieter, but not quiet. We lived there for nearly 12 years and had only a few unexplained situations - footstep sounds not made by anyone’s feet, doors moving without cause and even a tale of an unknown ‘man’ standing next to my grandmother as she awoke on the couch.  

With my over-analytical mind being what it is, you can see how I was forced to do what it is I now do and love...seek PROOF!” 

Leah DiVincenzo -  Case Manager

Paranormal phenomena have been a part of my life since I was very young.  My childhood home was converted from the historical one-room schoolhouse for my small Upstate New York town, where rumors circulated that the Head Master had hung himself in the attic.  My cousin used to tell me that he saw a figure of a man standing at the foot of my bed watching me sleep.  Although I never witnessed that firsthand, I have had many other paranormal and other unexplained incidences throughout my life.  I definitely have my share of stories to tell!   

I have always been fascinated by all of the “Mysteries of the Unknown” including astral projection and energy healing works (such as Reiki); to telepathy and other psychic experiences; including dream interpretation and déjà-vu phenomena, as well.  Although I have a very open mind to the possibilities of what’s “beyond”, I am thrilled to be a part of P.R.O.O.F. and to be supporting the investigators in their quest to find truth through the Scientific Method.  I love to expand my mind and learn about everything I can, and I am always seeking more information.  Friends and colleagues have called me a human search engine – and that’s one of the best compliments I’ve ever received!   

As Case Manager, I’m looking forward to coordinating appointments and managing client relations for P.R.O.O.F.

Chris Gostkowski  -  Investigator

I was 8 or 9 years old when my interests began in the paranormal and the 'unknown'.  Due to the death of my grandfather, I was staying at my grandmother's home in New Jersey in an attic that was converted into a bedroom.  At night, as I would lay down to sleep, I would hear voices and a rocking chair would rock located near the foot of the bed.  When I would jump out of bed and run to turn on the light, the voices would stop as well as the chair. This occurred about four times, and I knew I wasn't crazy.

I would end up sleeping downstairs with my parents and since then, I had always wanted to know what it was, how to communicate with it, why it chose me.  Could I help it in any way?

As I got older, I would read books about ghosts, astral projection, and  spiritual healing, and have always remained fascinated.

For the past two years, I've been investigating the paranormal to try to find any answers to questions about the unknown as to why and what is on the other side.
